Dalian Shipyard 1st Riveting & Welding Co. (DSRW), a subsidiary of Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd. (DSIC), is a professional enterprise specializing in the production of marine outfittings. It is conveniently situated in Maoying village, Dalianwan Street, Ganjingzi district of Dalian city alongside NO.202 Highway.

DSRW has rich experience in outfittings and steel structures manufacturing, high level of technical support and complete production equipments. Our company has obtained the certificate of quality system issued by BV in France in accordance with the ISO9001:2008 Standard. Meanwhile, as an affiliate of DSIC, it also has passed the GJB9001B-2009 certificate which stands for the new standard at present. We strive to improve our competitiveness constantly in the market and our philosophy can best be described as: “Serve DSIC, develop market”. We not only provide DSIC with marine outfittings, but also take the initiative to broaden the domestic and abroad market to supply many kinds of large steel structure projects.

The main equipments are: 14 sets of lifting hoisting cranes such as 32t, seven series of three-roller bending machines such as 20×2500, one 300t hydraulic press, two 4×12m CNC cutting machines and two 2×9m photoelectric cutting machines, 100 ×2500 and 160×3200 bending machines, one 8×2500, 12×2500 and 20×2500 shearing machines, one hydraulic bending machine, complete set of ventilation production line, 50 type lathe and other series of machinery The processing equipment is equipped with more than 110 sets of welding equipment such as plasma cutting machine, argon arc welding machine and oxygen welding machine. For a long time, we have a strong team of partners in machining, heat treatment and painting.
